Update: 3-Jun-23. Received email asking to post on Youtube of the cameras paired with screen so they can troubleshoot. Unit does not pair with any of the 4 cameras. I have supplied photo of test set-up and followed their instructions for troubleshooting. They are acting as if they have no intention of honoring the waranty.
Unit failed on the first day of a 3 week trip. Contacted product support when returned, but feel I have been communicating with a robot. It's been five days of emails to solve problem that is clealy a failed unit. When asked about how to retrun product for a replacement, the emails started repeating as if from the start of a script, i.e. "please send picture to verify poduct", "power on one at a time" .... repeat past emails.
I have spent over 3 weeks of emails with customer support. I have asked for them to honor thier warranty. They now want a photo of the camers paired with the screen. None of the four cameras will pair with the screen, so unable to supply photo. The unit has failed. They sent an anntenna extender to troubleshoot the failure, even though the photo I supplied of the failed system shows the cameras sitting within a foot of the screen. The user manual states "30 days free return & replacement". They are refussing to honor their warranty.
A replacement screen was finally sent, fixing the issue.
