 I had no issues with this system. I would compare it to some of the higher end products for about half the price. And most of all there customer service is really responsive and they will take care of any questions or problems. I also had recently bought another Monitor and camera for my tractor and it is installed. Works great. Installation was OK, Great value for the money, Great Image quality, They were already paired when I hooked them up in the house first, Everything came on and worked. I wired my system to a toggle switch with there on power. This way I can monitor all the cameras from inside my 36ft 5th Wheel, If not I can just turn off the toggle switch. I do want to again to thank you at Douxury. The after sales customer service department.

Installed 4 cameras. Finding power to the rear camera was the toughest part. Used a red lamp supply at the top of the Motorhome edge. But this required having at least the park lights illuminated. No big deal, maybe even a good deal for safety. The others were run across the front interior top facia to a central key controlled power source.
The only issue which I have yet to solve is getting the 4 split screens where they need to be. Like left cam to left on the monitor. Ask the manufacturer but they could not help. Not sure if it isn’t doable, or if their instructions are lacking.
Color in daylight and black and white at night. Sometimes at night the headlights of other vehicles flash the camera, but once you know what it is, the terror of something seriously wrong goes away!

I bought this system, plus an additional camera later on, for my work van and trailer. Easy to install, everything's worked really well with it. When I purchased the additional camera later on the seller contacted me to make sure I was getting the correct product, and then helped me figure out a work-around for connecting it to the system (the additional camera was a 5th camera only used periodically on my trailer, and I have the 4-camera system on my van so I had to figure out a way to disable one of my van cameras and replace it with the trailer cam as needed). Seller was super helpful with everything and responded quickly to my emails and questions. Would definitely buy from them again in the future.

 I wanted to use this Camera system for our Camper. I mounted 1 Camera on the rear for backing up and 1 on each side to help while maneuvering near Gas pumps and the like. I have a 4th Camera in the box for forward facing applications but I'm not sure I'll need this. One of the Cameras had a scratched lens that I wasn't immediately aware of. Rather than sending everything back to Amazon the Manufacturer sent me a new Camera at no expense to me. Needing to have a location to mount the Monitor in our new 2024 Silverado they also sent me a suction cup mount free of charge for attaching to the windshield. The mount that came with the system needed screws and I wasn't going to put screws in a new truck. We originally were going to put it in an older truck so the suction cup mount wasn't ordered at the beginning.

Installed this on my overnight boat and it allows me to see all edges of the boat when docking from the helm. The color and night vision works well and the range is unbelievable through the fiberglass I was able to get a perfect signal from the truck in the parking lot.

Cameras and monitors have many settings to and will let you see 1,2,3 or 4 cameras in the split screen. You aren’t just stuck with a 1 or 4 option.

I also put a outlet in my safe so I can record to the sd card while I’m away from the boat I’ll just put the monitor in there.

So far, I would buy again.

Update: 3-Jun-23. Received email asking to post on Youtube of the cameras paired with screen so they can troubleshoot. Unit does not pair with any of the 4 cameras. I have supplied photo of test set-up and followed their instructions for troubleshooting. They are acting as if they have no intention of honoring the waranty.

Unit failed on the first day of a 3 week trip. Contacted product support when returned, but feel I have been communicating with a robot. It's been five days of emails to solve problem that is clealy a failed unit. When asked about how to retrun product for a replacement, the emails started repeating as if from the start of a script, i.e. "please send picture to verify poduct", "power on one at a time" .... repeat past emails.
I have spent over 3 weeks of emails with customer support. I have asked for them to honor thier warranty. They now want a photo of the camers paired with the screen. None of the four cameras will pair with the screen, so unable to supply photo. The unit has failed. They sent an anntenna extender to troubleshoot the failure, even though the photo I supplied of the failed system shows the cameras sitting within a foot of the screen. The user manual states "30 days free return & replacement". They are refussing to honor their warranty.
A replacement screen was finally sent, fixing the issue.

Bought this system in April installed it on our motorhome and it worked great while sitting. We took a long road trip and after the first day of driving the rear camera went out. I had to move the front camera to the rear so that I could see behind me. Time for refund is expired and can't get in touch with seller. Other than that, it would've got 5 stars.
