Got the phone and was easy to set up, it started with English USA, then I was able to transfer all my app from my old phone to this one. I have had it now for almost 3 weeks started great was very excited but Now. The few things going on is that the reception for Cell phone is 2 Bars unless I start looking for a better signal, my previous Samsung I had no Problem with that. Also I have had my conversation on the phone drop so having to re-calling
This happen 4 time now. The speaker for music is not that great, but once I put the Ear Buds on. It’s a great sound. So it’s still early will have more to say later at this time I am not sure if I will send it back
Ohh also when I turn it on in the morning after charging it at night. It take a little playing around with it, I need to press the power button a few time before it starts up

This phone was recommended. However it was a nightmare to set up. The factory defaults were never done, so after pulling my hair out and reading copious amounts of tutorials two days later I finally got it working on all cylinders. What a colossal mess…HOw it ever made it through QC is beyond me, absolutely maddening.
However now that it is all fixed up, I love it…Far better than a cheap Samsung. The cameras are awesome. And after I clicked on the magnifier, it is much more user friendly… Highly recommend this phone…except for the lousy QC from Uleophone.

I needed a phone bad. I didn’t listen to any of the negative feedback on this phone. So, I want to thank “UleFone” for making this phone and making it so easy perfect to transfer 3.6 gb of personal data, apps, emails and accounts from my dead Samsung A71. This phone goes beyond better that what you will pay. Very impressed with the quality. Thank you, “UleFone” for a affordable phone. I like the cover case, nice touch, and good choice for a clear design. I like it better than my Samsung A17. Fingerprint reader is flawless and so nice to have it on the side of the phone. You can tell I’m very happy with this purchase. I’m not such a Samsung fan any more.

Should be much more user friendly – e.g. decent manual showing how to get it going and what does what. Almost tossed out the tiny wire which stabbed me, but turned out we needed it to pry open space where SIM card had to go. Recharge cord is too short for normal plug-in from bedside table to wall. Screen background colours are awful; not able to get dark enough screen for eyes which glare stings. Ringtone choices too limited; nothing recognizable which would catch my attention. Swap from old phone was not as easy as it should be; too much went astray or missing, and difficulty plugging into computer for backup. etc etc… We designed and built better equipment 50 years ago. And what kind of nut uses glass surfaces / cases these days instead of hard plastic; silly to pay $35 insurance each month in case of breakage from dropping the phone.

Haven’t see anything wrong yet. Looks great.
