I have been very satisfied with this tablet since I purchased it in early June of this year primarily for the purpose of reading my email, eBooks/magazines, & some surfing on the web as well. I am 68, retired, & an avid reader who in addition to my email, can spend several hours each day enjoying one or more books or magazines which I have access to through Kindle Unlimited as a Prime account holder with Amazon.

The tablet arrived in a solid & neatly packaged box that ensured its safety throughout the shipping process. I found I was able to launch the tablet immediately upon receipt as it arrived with a charge level of just under 50%. I was able to complete the very simple & easy-to-follow set-up process, download my Kindle reading app & full personal library, pick an eBook & begin my reading while it was completing its initial charging process. Though I do not use the tablet for any intense mathematical analysis, in addition to my reading, I surf the Internet, access my banking & financial information, & work within various Excel spreadsheets, yet have never experienced a battery drain in less time than specified.

The display is clear, well lighted, & very responsive to touch, & what is more important, especially to those like myself who spend many hours a day reading from an illuminated screen, reading in excess of 15 books over the next month-&-a-half, was never impacted by a headache or any feeling of eye strain due to overly sharp-edged or fuzzy-edged letters or slight variances in illumination intensity.
I did experience a technical issue with the tablet about 3 months after my purchase, but following a quick email exchange with Feonal & a 1-minute video showing the system issue I was experiencing with the tablet that I was able to take & provide via my mobile phone, they immediately replaced my tablet with a completely new one without any back-&-forth discussion regarding the time since my purchase or blame that the cause of the problem might be me versus the tablet.

I’ve been impressed & satisfied with this tablet right from the start….from #1) shipment/delivery quality, to #2) ease of use quality, to #3) quality of the battery & #4) quality of the display, and finally #5) overall value for cost…clearly a 5 star assessment. On the other hand, due to the system issue I experienced I would have had to give it only 4 stars. However, I had to add the 5th star back in as a result of the support & backup provided by Feonal as the company stood firmly behind their 1-year warranty on the product.

I bought this tablet for my grandson, 5 years old, because he has stuff that was incompatible with his old tablet. I was looking for something that would last awhile technologically and was powerful enough to play the games he wanted to play. I also needed it to be sim capable and a decent camera because he likes to take pictures. This tablet has everything. It worked right away with the sim and everything else works well too. Cons? No wireless 5g just 2g. The device does not lock when you close the cover. The double tap to wake it up really doesn’t work. It eventually comes on but not instaneously. That is the most annoying thing. Otherwise video playback is clear, the sound is good compared to any other devices he has had. I mean it is not the absolute best but better. The screen is very responsive. The battery lasts all day. The onscreen keyboard works well too. I love it so much that I bought another one for him to take home. I cannot review the included keyboard and mouse but overall the tablet is a good deal and is almost perfect. If anything changes my mind I will update my review.

I am not speaking to the sim card/phone as I do not use a tablet as a phone.
Overall, you get what you pay for, and the main reason I did get this was to replace my years old Tablet. I wanted 5G wifi and this model supposedly provide “dual band wifi”. After trying to find it, and trying to figure out why is wasn’t connecting, I reached out to tech support and was told it only supports 2.4. I have decided to keep it but I had to purchases a cable to go directly into my router to get decent internet. However only one USB-C port exists so it means unplugging the charger and plugging the LAN cable. The battery life thus far is horrible. My old tablet could run for a few days, this one has depleted almost all battery life in 5 hours or so.

Not dual band Wi-Fi. Only does 2.4.
Touch screen is wonky.
Not the latest version of Android and no way to upgrade, as this table contains a vendor specific version. Thus update will only be available if the vendor provides one.
Battery life is really bad

This is a very nice tablet for the price, especially so when you factor in that it is a bundle. I had issues connecting to the internet at first, but was able to overcome them by following the trouble shooting instructions posted on Amazon’s website. I cannot comment on operating functions at this time because I am still setting it up, but so far overall I am pleased with the purchase.

The tablet worked for 3 months and we haven’t been able to turn it on since. The screen turns on with “Feonal” and then turns right back off. The website offers no support or software to be able to restore it. Save your money and buy a name brand that offers support.
