When I first received this phone, it looked like an iPhone. The body of the phone looks like titanium . It stated it had an snapdragon gen 1 processor with 6 gigs of ram. It claims to have android 13, but did not act like it. Very sluggish when starting the phone. Had to download Google lens and photos to get my photos. On the security feature I entered a four digit code. The phone would not recognize my code and froze. Researched on how to unlock the phone to no avail. At this point it makes a great paper weight. I do not recommend this phone , Save your money.
I hate to write negative reviews, maybe I got a bad one, but it is so slow and when I load the apps from Google play, it doesn't even show up on the home screen and it doesn't show anywhere all the apps the phone has, only the ones by default, show up on the home screen!
I wanna in form you that the seller sold me a phone that doesn’t have a valid IMEI wen I called my cell phone provider Verizon and I gave them the IMEI they told me that it doesn’t exist not only They gave 1 IMEI they gave me 2 IMEI and non of them worked it’s so sad nice phone Amazon should Screen sellers like that that sell Makes Amazon look bad for business cause me as customer I buy though Amazon trust Big disappointment
I thought getting a refurbished phone at least the camera would be okay. It's awful. Even tried correcting with settings everything looks distorted and the color is bad. If looking for a camera, this isn't it.
