Well the watch performs better than expected. while the design is a bit flimsy but for the price you pay, the deal is good. Specially the phone call is crisp and clear. The signal is awesome and i never faced issues calling my kid or my kid calling me. Video call clarity is perfect too. Overall a good package

I inserted the SIM card that came with the phone ..and it didn’t work. I bought another SIM card that popped up under this listing…and it isn’t getting the watches online either. I sent out a question email I believe, and haven’t gotten a response. So if anyone can help that be great, or I’ll have to return.

This watch is much better than I expected!!! The GPS is really accurate 95% of the time and not off by much with the sim that comes with watch. It’s $5 and she can make video, voice and voice texts. Wish she could listen to music but it’s really great my daughter LOVES it and calls me and her dad all the time. It has other great features where you can listen in and no one knows as well as take remote photos. It is a bit glitched on video calls but really a much much better watch than the one my son used to have. They’ve made great upgrades and I’m happy!!!!

We wanted to get a smart watch for our son but we don’t need him to have cellular or GPS or anything like that, but he really wanted a smart watch so after some research we purchased him this one for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! The battery life seems very good, screen is better than we thought it would be, it’s LCD, but looks good. The build quality and band feel great. The watch itself has great features, his favorites are the flashlight, camera, music player, timers/stopwatch, calculator, and games. We went with the green color because it’s his favorite color and it looks amazing. We could not be happier with this watch for the price and the fact that we wanted a kids smart watch that is not able to connect to data or I internet. We only wish that it would light up when he raises it to see the time, instead you still need to click a button or touch the screen to see the time. Other than that it’s perfect.

This is good for now for our 8 year old who is all over the neighborhood with friends. This way we can keep in touch if need be. The GPS technology does not work at all. Our 8 year old will be right next to me but the GPS shows that they are about a few miles away.

One thing I did not know is that it is only set for military time. There is no way to switch it to 12 hour. Now we are teaching our child military time. Decent watch for the price with out purchasing a phone. The SIM card is $10 a month with limited minutes. You are only able to text the watch from the app which is where adding another administrator to the device would be nice for the other parent. You can call it from your phone but can not text. Only text through the app. Stinks for other contacts.

The app is not that friendly. You are only able to have 1 administrator and the other parent is not able to have their own account connected with the same device. It is very limited.

All and all it is okay. The child is excited to have their own way of communication.

This was a great purchase, very easy to set up. So far so good. The only thing would be that sometimes the app can be faulty at times.

The app wont let you change from 24 hour time to 12 hour time. The contacts works great for calls, but texting contacts is cumbersome to setup and separate from the calling one. Setup with the speedtalk service provider was complicated and hard to renew.

My 7 year old wanted a smart watch for Christmas. I searched and searched until i found this one. It’s very cute, however, as far as functionality goes… not a fan. You have to download a whole app in order to text or call your child, and anyone with their phone number also has to have the app downloaded. This was just not convenient. The GPS was nice, but it was just too much work to try to get in touch with my kid. I returned and purchased an Apple Watch instead.
