I was so excited about this Viqee K60 Pro phone and its storage capacity. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I took the phone to my cellphone carrier had it activated, and made only one (1) call. Minutes later I attempted to call a friend and received a message “No network available”. I made three (3) calls to the service provider from my son’s phone. Some calls dropped and they ultimately informed me that I had to go back to the cellphone store this morning. The representative informed me that I needed to return the phone because it did not recognize the SIM card at all. So, I had to return it and the case that I ordered as well as the protection/warranty that I paid for as well. What a waste of time. The aggravation was not worth the time invested or purchased. I did go the another store and am sticking with my usual brand Samsung Galaxy.

So far, this is a solid phone. It even comes with a free TPU clear case! I don’t want to spend $2k on a super smartphone. So far all the apps are compatible and I’m happy with it!

This phone is cute. That the only good compliment I can give other than the amount of GB it can hold. Other than that it is a Complete Waste of Money. The voice quality is very terrible. For there to be 3 cameras the picture quality is very poor. I’ve had better quality on cheaper androids. This is highly not recommended

First of all it’s a 4G not a 5G, only 4GB RAM not 6GB like it says. Android 12 not 13. From 100% charge it discharged in less than a hour, that’s no exaggeration alot of most popular apps like Offer Up are not compatible. Phone calls sound literally like old school walkie talkies, literally half the conversation is not understandable and that’s after saying what at least five times for every word and that’s if your lucky enough to place the call. No joking, the phones are slower than the first 16GB phones. I don’t understand why Amazon is still letting this company false advertize and fraud people so long. Every single thing the description says is a lie. It’s the biggest false advertisement I have ever seen in my life. Somebody needs to file a lawsuit against this company ASAP!
