I bought this phone and it came locked when it said it was supposed to be unlocked. I contacted Amazon and they were kind enough to send me another one and I sent the other one back and that came locked so long story short I ended up sending it back call customer service Amazon which they were very kind and they refunded me the money I actually got it Amazon store credit so to speak you know what I mean gift card store credit so basically be you should discretion when buying this phone I twice had was very disappointed but aside from that the phone was gorgeous beautiful and great condition it turned on everything look beautiful and clear I do admit that I have to say one thing the back of the phone with a battery is was a little warm to touch which it shouldn’t been especially if it’s unlocked you know and in good condition so that was kind of questionable for me but anyways use your own discretion okay thank you God bless.

What kind of phone case can I use for this phone!!! I can’t find one, I tried iPhone 14 pro max and it didn’t fit!!! Can someone help plz

i won’t recommend this phone at all. I bought several of them as Christmas gifts and none functions. Unfortunately they were taken to Africa and for logistic reasons i can’t return them to the dealer. I am very upset about the phone quality and wonder why Amazon allow such poor quality products to be marketed on her platform. I bought 5 phones in all and none functions properly. Shame to the dealer! I have given one star to the rating because it’s mandatory.

Charging the phone get hot not good.

If you’re considering buying this for the price: Don’t. There’s a good chance it will not work. Brand new, turn on and get a message: dm-verity corruption. After a few minutes, shuts down. I saw other reviews like that.
Also, box is opened with no plastic wrap.

It’s a good phone

Bought this phone for my 14 year old. Phone works but can not find a case or screen protector anywhere that fits. Description says it’s compatible with i14 pro max case, it is not. Buttons are on the opposite side and the screen protectors are 1/4” to small. Have not tried to get phone service hooked up yet, i have a feeling that will not go great either. Should have bought a Walmart phone.

The Specs looked good so I decided to take a chance.
Received the package and the phone had been removed from the box during transit.
The Amazon tape on the shipping box had been cut and replaced with a clear tape.
Amazon reordered a replacement.
The replacement was a big disappointment.
Slow boot up. Slow downloads.
Slow operation.
Returned.
